About Proxploy

Proxploy is a self-hosted, web-based management platform for Proxmox VE: an Unraid-like experience, but for Proxmox. One pane over one or many hosts: an App Store, in-browser consoles, virtual machines, storage, network, firewall, backups, and alerts.

Proxmox VE is genuinely excellent at what it was built for, which is administering virtualised infrastructure. It was not built for the other thing people actually do with it: living with a dozen self-hosted services and wanting to open one, restart one, update one or install a new one without keeping a mental map of which container number is which.

That gap is the whole reason Proxploy exists. It sits on top of Proxmox and gives the daily experience its own interface, without hiding what it is doing to your node. Unraid solved this for its own platform years ago. Proxmox deserves the same treatment, and its users should not have to switch hypervisors to get it.

Your infrastructure stays yours. Proxploy is self-hosted with no cloud component, no account and no telemetry. The free tier never contacts our servers at all.

Honest about the trust model. App Store installs run community scripts as root on your node. We do not pretend to sandbox that, because no interface can. We show you the pinned script, its diff against upstream and the streamed output, and we keep a permanent record.

Free where it counts. A single host gets the complete product forever, not a crippled trial. We charge when you outgrow one box, because that is when Proxploy is saving you something worth paying for.

Single-host use stays free permanently. Pro, at $49 a year, covers multiple hosts in one pane with cross-host migration and scheduled maintenance. A Team tier for people who run Proxmox for clients, with multi-tenancy, white-label branding and compliance reporting, is being built now.

Proxploy is published and installable today. Development carries on in the open, and we would rather ship and say what works than run a countdown.

You run Proxploy on your own infrastructure, against your own Proxmox hosts. The product sends no data to Aspyre Labs by default; there is no telemetry, and nothing about your cluster, your apps, or your credentials leaves your network unless you configure it to.
