Refund Policy

1. Scope

1.1This policy applies to paid Proxploy licenses sold by Aspyre Labs LLC through Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”). It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1.2Paddle is the merchant and seller of record for those purchases. That means your receipt, your invoice, and the card statement line come from Paddle, and Paddle handles the payment itself. We decide the refund terms below; Paddle carries them out.

1.3The free Homelab tier costs nothing and involves no payment, so there is nothing to refund on it. You can stop using it at any time by removing your installation.

2. 14-day refund

2.1If you are not happy with a paid Proxploy license, you can have your money back within 14 days of the purchase. We do not ask you for a reason.

2.2The refund is for the full amount you paid for that license period. Where Paddle collected VAT or sales tax on the order, that is returned with it.

2.3Proxploy is self-hosted, and the free tier is a working product you can run for as long as you like before paying anything. We would rather you satisfied yourself that it does what you need before you buy than rely on this section.

3. Consumers in the EU, EEA and UK

3.1If you buy as a consumer rather than for a business, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, separate from and in addition to Section 2.

3.2Because a license is digital content delivered immediately, Paddle’s checkout asks you to consent to that immediate delivery and to acknowledge that doing so can end the statutory withdrawal right once delivery has begun. That acknowledgement does not affect the 14-day refund we offer in Section 2, which we honour either way.

4. How to request a refund

4.1Email billing [at] aspyrelabs [dot] com from the address you used to buy, or quote your Paddle order reference. You can also contact Paddle directly through the link on your receipt.

4.2We aim to approve or respond to refund requests within 3 business days. Once approved, Paddle issues the refund to the original payment method; how long it then takes to appear is up to your bank or card issuer, and is typically between 3 and 10 business days.

4.3When a refund is issued, the license it paid for ends. Paid features stop being licensed to you; because Proxploy runs on your own infrastructure, the Software itself stays installed and continues to work on the free tier.

5. Renewals and cancellation

5.1Paid plans renew annually. You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal, and cancelling does not remove access for the period you have already paid for.

5.2The 14-day window in Section 2 applies to a first purchase. A renewal charge is not refundable once the renewal period has begun, but if a renewal caught you by surprise, write to us within 14 days of the charge and we will sort it out.

6. Exceptions

6.1We may decline a refund where the license was obtained through fraud or chargeback abuse, where the request is outside the periods described above, or where the purchase breached our Terms of Service. Nothing in this section limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law.

6.2If you think a charge is wrong, please write to us before opening a chargeback. A chargeback is slower for you than a refund and we would rather just fix it.

7. Changes

7.1We may update this policy. The version in force when you bought is the one that applies to that purchase; material changes are published here with a revised “Last updated” date.
