Privacy Policy

1. Who we are and scope

1.1This policy is provided by Aspyre Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with a registered address at 30 N Gould St #Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the operator of the Proxploy website at proxploy.com and the provider of the Proxploy software.

1.2It covers the personal data we process through this website. It does not cover data processed by the self-hosted Proxploy software, which runs on your own infrastructure and is under your control (see Section 4).

2. Data this website collects

2.1Paid licenses are sold through Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”), which acts as the merchant of record. Payment details are entered on Paddle’s checkout and handled by Paddle; we never receive or store your full card number. From a completed order we receive the limited data we need to issue and support a license: your name and email address, your country and any tax identifier you supply, the plan purchased, and Paddle’s order reference. Paddle’s own privacy notice governs the data it collects as merchant of record.

2.2The pricing and home pages have a Team waitlist form. If you submit it, we collect the email address you enter, and, if you choose to answer them, how many hosts or clients you manage, what you use today, and which feature would decide it for you; those three are optional. We also derive a one-way hash of the submitting IP address, to rate-limit the form, and do not store the address itself. We use this only to contact you when Team is ready and to help decide what to build, and it is stored on our own infrastructure, not a third-party form or mailing-list provider.

2.3If you email us, we collect your message and the contact details you provide, for the purpose of responding to you.

2.4Our hosting provider records standard connection logs (such as IP address, user agent, and requested page) as part of serving the site and keeping it secure. We do not use these logs for analytics or profiling.

3. Analytics and third-party connections

3.1This site runs Google Analytics 4 to measure page views and traffic sources. It sets no cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking, we do not run ads, we do not use fingerprinting, and we do not share data with advertisers.

3.2This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com). Google receives the requesting IP address as part of serving those files, the same as any file host would; Google Fonts does not set cookies and we do not use it for tracking. Google Fonts and Google Analytics are the third-party connections this website makes, and both are listed as sub-processors in Section 6.

4. The Proxploy software

4.1Proxploy is self-hosted. You install and run it on your own infrastructure, against Proxmox VE hosts you control. The product sends no data to Aspyre Labs by default; there is no telemetry. Your hosts, credentials, apps, and data stay on your infrastructure; we have no access to them.

5. How we use data

5.1We use the limited data described in Section 2 only to respond to inquiries, to operate and secure this website, and to comply with legal obligations.

6. Sub-processors and sharing

6.1We do not sell your personal data. The only parties with any access to data collected by this website are our hosting/infrastructure provider, which serves the site's files and stores its connection logs, and Google, which serves this site's web fonts and runs the analytics described in Section 3.1 and receives the requesting IP address to do so (Section 3.2), and Paddle, which is the merchant of record for paid licenses and processes your order and payment data to complete the sale (Section 2.1). We use no third-party email-delivery service on this website today, so none is listed as a sub-processor here. This section will be updated if that changes.

6.2We may disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

7. Data retention

7.1We keep connection logs only as long as our hosting provider's default retention period, and email correspondence only as long as needed to resolve your request. Records relating to a purchase, including the limited order data described in Section 2.1, are kept for as long as the license is active and thereafter for as long as tax and accounting law requires us to retain them.

8. Your rights

8.1Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy [at] aspyrelabs [dot] com. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Security

9.1We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited data this website processes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Cookies

10.1This website uses no cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. Google Analytics sets a first-party measurement cookie to count visits and sessions (Section 3.1). Your theme preference is stored in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device.

11. Children

11.1This website is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

12.1This policy may change as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date above.

13. Contact

13.1If you have questions about this policy or your data, contact us at privacy [at] aspyrelabs [dot] com.
